Junior Leasing Consultant

This is an entry level position into the equipment leasing industry. The ideal candidate will have past equipment sales experiences, as well as an established client base within which to solicit.


Duties

  • Work with both the District and National Sales Managers;
  • Learn all aspects of the equipment leasing sales position;
  • Travel with your peers and learn all aspects of the business;
  • Complete sales activity reports daily using our web-based system;
  • Develop a good working knowledge of vendor programs, credit procedures, rate structures and lease documentation requirements;
  • Develop a niche in certain market segments and become an expert in your field;
  • Develop a good vendor base in which to procure ongoing business;
  • Reporting to the District/National Sales Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree college/university or 1-2 years related experience;
  • Equipment sales background;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions;
  • Strong negotiating skills;
  • Ability to develop and close business.

Senior Leasing Consultant

This position is ideal for an experienced Leasing Consultant who is currently working in the industry or has past sales leasing experience. The ideal candidate is vendor focused and brings with them a solid client base from which to solicit business.


Duties

  • Use Easylease’s Proprietary e-commerce systems daily;
  • Procure net new vendor relationship;
  • Report directly to the District or National Sales Manager.

  • Several years related experience;

  • Ability to determine customers' needs, present a viable solution and close the sale;

District/Regional Sales Manager

As a District Sales Manager your responsibilities will include soliciting, qualifying, and hiring quality leasing sales professionals to represent Easylease’s products and services. You are required to train and work with each sales individual on a daily basis in order to ultimately build a successful sales team. You and your sales team are required to bring on net new vendor programs at both the regional and national level in scope.


Duties

  • Find and hire quality sales individuals to build a successful sales team;
  • Secure new vendor programs;
  • Identify and development new client opportunities;
  • Maintain, service and grow existing vendor and client relationships;
  • Develop marketing material customized to fit the needs of each individual vendor;
  • Support Easylease with its Policies and Procedures while supporting senior management and its overall objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or related experience;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Sales Management experience.

Lease Administrator

The ideal candidate possesses the ability to work in a fast-paced multitasking environment, supporting both sales and sales management with their daily requirements. This position requires precision, efficiency and speed while documenting and reviewing account information, as well as communicating with several different funding sources.


Duties

  • Handle support calls from both customers and vendors;
  • Obtain customer credit information and credit score various applicants using an automated web-based scoring system;
  • Prepare lease documentation, and review lease documents for accuracy prior to the payment of funds;
  • Audit lease transactions prior to funding;
  • Communication with the sales teams regarding documentation issues;
  • Ensuring timely funding of lease contracts.

Qualifications

  • Must have previous administration experience;
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills;
  • Must have good organizational skills and the ability to work with limited supervision;
  • Strong typing skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Bilingual – Fluency in both English & French is a definite asset.

Marketing and Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representatives understand all aspects of the leasing cycle. The ideal candidate will possess solid communication skills with a strong ability to solve problems and customer issues.


Duties

  • Ensuring that customer and vendor concerns regarding all aspects of buyouts, trade ups, and other applicable areas are being handled in a timely and satisfactory manner;
  • Marketing letters to our client base;
  • End of term notifications.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, telephone etiquette, problem-solving and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to analyze and handle difficult situations quickly and efficiently through sound
    judgment;
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision;
  • Strong typing skills required;
  • Bilingual – Fluency in both English & French is a definite asset.
